Top 10 Shows to Watch Fall 2018
- The Neighborhood starring Cedric The Entertainer and Tichina Arnold. Why you should watch? Because let’s be honest, Cedric The Entertainer is pure comedy and we all need a good laugh, a really good laugh. It’s going to be interesting to see how everyone greets their fellow neighbors in an area where everyone is very opinionated. The new series airs on CBS, Monday nights at 8PM.
- Charmed is back but I’m a little skeptical about this reboot. It’s going to be hard to reignite the magic that Shannen Doherty, Holly Marie Combs, Alyssa Milano and Rose McGowan had. But I’m willing to give it a shot. I think it’ll be great to watch a little witchcraft and demons on The CW Television Network Sunday nights. Plus, I really want to see if it’s going to be more of a thriller or just a shadow of the original. Either way, I’ll be tuning in to see what the new girls have in store for us loyal fans of the original.
- Of all the shows I’ve heard about thus far, God Friended Me is probably the one I’m most eager to see. I’m curious to know how spirituality will play a role on the series. I mean after all; the title says it all. But it does seem like it’s true to life, perhaps maybe the male version soap opera of Grey’s Anatomy? I mean that in a good way. I’ll be watching.
- A Million Little Things boasts an ensemble cast, and I love ensembles. I have a feeling this one is going to be a hit. Have you seen the trailer? It’s multi-dimensional, with storylines that will keep us glued to the screen. I’m grabbing my popcorn, soda and blanket. I’ll be watching ABC.
- Now everyone knows that I like a good thriller. So, The Purge is something I’m most definitely watching, especially because the film version was so good. I’m already scared. No, seriously, this is going to be good. Thank you, USA Network, for giving us the TV version.
- Thank heavens we’re getting a new medical drama, New Amsterdam. I think there is something so intense about medical series. I’m all in.
- Hmmm, there’s always that odd show out of the bunch that I’m unsure about. Maybe because I don’t have enough information on it to actually give an opinion. That might be all the more reason why we should all tune in to see Manifest. Let’s give it a try.
- Sorry for Your Loss is a new Facebook drama. I’ve said time and time again that I’m going to check out a series on Facebook to see how well the production is as a whole. I’ll start with this one.
- Netflix has a new show out, Maniac. I’m checking it out simply because of its title. Sometimes the title is what lure’s us in. At least for now.
- Laughter is the best medicine and I love to laugh so I’ll be watching CBS’s Happy Together. The trailer had me rolling. How about you?
